Description:
Plymouth GTX. I'm selling my #'s matching 1967 Plymouth GTX. I have the buildsheet, fendertag, and a laminated window sticker. This is a very rustfree, cosmetically restored killer B-Body mopar. It has a very high quality repaint of its original QQ1 Dark Red Poly scheme with newer base coat / clear coat. Chrome bumpers have been redone (rear w/bumper strips), all stainless, glass, vinyl top is in great shape. This car is extremely straight with a great shine and presents itself very well. The wheels are 14" chrome magnum 500's wrapped with repro bias-ply Good Year F-70-14 "red lines." I also have color matched (powder coated) 15X7 Mopar police rims with BFG Radial T/A's available for the car. The interior is original and in great shape, white pearl buckets with the factory console and black carpet and headliner work great together - a truly nice combination that matches the codes on the fendertag. All windows operate well, the brakes are manual 11" drums (HD Police Spec), and the car has power steering. The electrical system, charging system, and lights, are in great shape with no battery drain issues at all. The undercarriage was stripped and has been coated with POR-15, it's in amazing shape. The trunk is still in factory paint with wax pencil tire "call outs" on the inner trunklid: "775" just like the fendertag says. The jack is there as is the original, dated trunkmat, and I believe the original redline "BFG Silvertown" tire is in its well (zero rust). The #'s matching 440HP engine, Torqueflite trans, and suregrip rear have been rebuilt and driven less than 5,000 miles. Modifications include heads ported to match the MP intake, 800 Holley, Mopar Purple Cam, ceramic coated headers, Mopar electronic ignition (Chrome HP ECU), balanced crank assembly with lightweight pistons, the car runs and sounds incredible (see link to you tube video). Please no trade offers for motorcycles, Video of the car running can be seen here >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EB3XYN0FuAs&feature=channel_page
