Description:

This beautiful Street Rod started as a rust free all steel Fleet Master 2 door sedan from California. It was completed about 3 years ago and has had just over 2300 miles put on it since its completion. The body is laser straight and has been finished in a gorgeous Atlantic Blue Pearl that has a mirror shine to it. All of the exterior and interior chrome has been freshly re-plated and is of show quality. You will also find the glass to be in excellent condition with all new felts as well as all new weather stripping throughout. The heart of this bad boy is a freshly rebuilt 350 V8 with a Comp Cams 268 camshaft that makes in excess of 300hp. It is fed via a Weiland intake with an Edelbrock Performer series 600 cfm carb and sounds incredible with its jet hot coated Sanderson Headers and Flowmaster 40 series mufflers that are all connected with 2.5” stainless tubing. The power is all put to the ground via a smooth shifting 700R4 tranny and a rebuilt 10 bolt posi rear end with 3:55 Richmond gears. The tranny has a 2800 stall, a TPI lock up kit and is controlled with a Lokar shifter, indicator and neutral/ back up switch. The Mustang II front end has rack and pinion steering and has been upgraded with a front sway bar from Chassis Engineering who also provided the engine mounts and rear end mounting kit. The engine cooling is handled by a Walker radiator and a Spal electric fan. Everything electrical is controlled with a Painless wiring harness which includes a halogen brake light relay kit as well as a headlight relay conversion harness. The new blue and grey interior is the perfect compliment to the exterior with new upholstery adorning the seats, door panels, headliner and trunk. It has a Hot Rod Air A/C system that is brand new and still in need of charging and both the chrome compressor and alternator are hung with Alan Grove brackets. You will also find VDO gauges by Rod Tech, 3 point seat belts by Juliano’s, a Custom Autosound stereo system with a trunk mounted 10 disc CD changer, a power antenna, a 12 volt wiper system by Newport Engineering and a brand new Optima battery mounted inside a cooler within the trunk.
